The terms that govern our services and this website.
By using this website or engaging Hover Business Services LLP, you agree to the terms set out below. Individual engagements are also governed by their signed proposal.
Scope of work
Deliverables, timelines and fees are defined in the proposal or statement of work for each engagement. Anything outside that scope is quoted separately before work begins.
Payments
Unless stated otherwise, engagements run on advance monthly billing. Invoices are payable within the period stated on the invoice; delayed payment may pause active work.
Client responsibilities
Timely access to accounts, content, approvals and a named point of contact. Delays in these areas move delivery dates accordingly.
Intellectual property
On full payment, ownership of final deliverables transfers to the client. We retain the right to display non-confidential work in our portfolio unless agreed otherwise.
Limitation of liability
Our liability for any engagement is limited to the fees paid for the service in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Indian law, with jurisdiction in Delhi.
